Do they look at all of these? Or none of them at all?
It's a massive information overload that can take someone months and

Question: Is there a specific plan with the right drills, workouts, and
exact swimming yardage I will need for my planned race?
Answer: Yes, we have a specific plan laid out for many different types
of training schedules and levels of experience.
Question: Will I have access to a coach to answer questions and explain
certain drills?
Answer: Yes, members will have access to me through the members-only
discussion forum and private email. There will also be a monthly chat

Question: Will I be able to have my stroke critiqued by Kevin or

Answer: Yes, it's part of the membership plan. You can get a swim
stroke analysis by Kevin. We will have a section in the membership area
where members can upload their videos. The more you can show of your
stroke, the better analysis you will get.
Question: What stroke techniques do you teach? Which one do you cover
first?
Answer: Great question! Hands down, freestyle swim technique is the
most frequently used one in triathlons. That's the first one we will
start on mastering.
While cross training on the different strokes is a good idea, I don't
recommend doing it until you've got freestyle licked.
That's why I do not cover stroke technique info on the other three
strokes -- backstroke, butterfly, and breastroke until later in the
program.
The good news I will cover all of these techniques in "plain English"
and as easy to put into action as is possible.
Question: I have a race in 2 months. Will the program get me ready for
this race?
Answer: Yes.
You will be swimming full stroke freestyle by the end of the first
month, and adding endurance & intensity over the course of the next two
months. I recommend starting this type of training about 3 months out
from your race, but it can definitely be a huge benefit even if your
race is 1-2 months away.
Question: Is this a monthly program? How long do I have to stay a
member?
Answer: It is a monthly program but you can cancel at any time. Having
said that, I do recommend that you stay a member for the full 6 month
training. That way you can maximize the training methods I share... use
